Refund policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. An exchange means your returned items will be exchanged for "in store credit", which would be automatically applied to your account when we receive the item(s) & approve them.

Customers are required to pay the return shipping. 

To be eligible for approval for an exchange: item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if not purchased online.

If your items were purchased online, please login to your account with the same email & information you used to check out.

Find your order, and select "return". Please select a reason for your return. 

If your item is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, and will be subject to forfeit, if the customer does not want to pay another shipping fee.

 Please note that packages will need to be sent to the following address: Pink Theory Boutique 1307 Georgia Ave Unit D, Baker FL 32531  

Please write "RETURN" somewhere on the package (not the label).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE call or message us on social media! Emails easily get overlooked and sometimes end up in the "spam" folder.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as accessories: shoes, belts, hats, jewelry, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
